제목 Synthesis and characteristics of visible light-induced cross-linkable starch derivative for medical application meterial
초록 In this work, water-soluble and visible light-induced cross-linkable low molecular weight starch derivative was prepared for immobilization of various bioactive compounds. Low molecular weight starch that prepared by hydrogen chloride solution was synthesized to visible light-induced cross-linkable starch derivative having furfuryl group via carboxymethylation, furfurylation. The synthesized starchderivative is non-cytotoxic, solidified rapidly by visible light. Because of degree of immobilization in water and biocompatibility, visible light-induced cross-linkable starch derivative with furfuryl group considered that suitable with medical application and drug delivery material.
