제목 Metal nanoparticles assembled structure for SERS based bio-applications
초록 Since sensitive biomolecule detection system has potential uses for early detection and diagnosis of various diseases, there have been considerable interests in the development of  
various target detection techniques. Among the various techniques, the SERS based detection technics have been rigorously developed for an extensive range of bio-detection applications and have been used for high-throughput screening of biological molecules. Recently, we have developed several kinds of metal assembled structure for SERS applications. The structures can be applied for label-free protein detection or for multiplex bio-imaging. Our SERS nanoparticles which are suitable for sensitive and multiplex detection systems will be discussed.
