Fabrication of PZT Nanodot Array Using Block Copolymer Self-assembly |

PZT nanodot array was prepared on MgO/Pt(001) substrate by spin coating of polystyrene-b-poly(4-vinyl pyridine) copolymer in toluene containing PZT precursors. A favorable Interaction between PZT and P4VP block was confirmed by FT-IR. Crystal structure PZT nanodot was investigated by XRD.
