| 초록 | Chitosan have functional properties such as antimicrobial activity, immunoadjuvant activity, hypercholesterolemic activity, blood coagulation activity, wound-healing activity, etc. These functional properties depend on molecular weight of chitosan. In this study, the ultrasonic degradation of chitosan materials were studied for chitosan oligomer, the change of molecular weight was investigated at different conditions such as temperature, concentration, ultrasonic power and time. |
