제목 | Synthesis and Electroluminescence Properties of New Bipolar Blue Emitters for OLEDs |
초록 | The new blue bipolar emitting derivatives, OPDA, OPCZ, OPCL have been successfully synthesized and characterized. Among emitters of all colors, the blue emitter has the widest energy gap, especially deep-blue emitters often possess energy gaps of > 3.0eV. This often leads to poor carrier injection and transportation. An effective strategy for remediating the electrical properties of deep-blue emitters is to combine electron-donating(D) and electron-accepting(A) moieties to form a D-A or D-π-A molecule. We investigated its physical properties such as optical, electroluminescent properties. Three compounds were used as non-doped OLED device : ITO / 2-TNATA(60nm) / NPB(15nm) / EML(35nm) / TPBi(20nm) / LiF(1nm) / Al(200nm). Three materials OLED device showed C.I.E. value of (0.15, 0.10) and luminance efficiency of 1.74 cd/A at 10mA2 and quntum efficiency of 2.20%. |
