제목 Electrochemical performance of platinum supported on polydopamine coated carbon nanotubes with ZIF-8 derived carbon composite for electrodes
초록 In this work, the electrochemical activity performance of Platinum (Pt) supported on polydopamine coated carbon nanotubes with ZIF-8 derived carbon composites was investigated. Supporting carbon source was prepared by pyrolysis of Zeolitic Imidazolate Framworks-8 (CZIF-8). Then, the Pt nanoparticles were deposited over CNT@CZIF8 by chemical polyol reduction process. The morphologies and microstructures were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The electrochemical characterization was measured by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. By incorporating the ZIF-8 derived carbon composites, it is expected that the electroactivity of fuel cells catalyst could be enhanced by the expanded effective surface area and pore volume.
