Carbon material is frequently used as supports to load Platinum (Pt) nanoparticles as catalysts in fuel cell. In our research, Pt supported with 3D structured carbon composites that has high surface area and high conductivity for high efficiency. The incorporation of nitrogen functional groups into Carbon has advantages that creates electronegativity and strengthens interaction between the catalyst and support. Electrochemical properties were compared by cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurements. Average particle size and morphology were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Crystallinity, structure and size of catalysts were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). |
