Preparation and Characterization of PEG/PCL Multiblock Copolymer and Its Application as amoxicillin release |
| 초록 |
Synthesis of multi block copolymer (chain extension) : PCL/PEG/PCL tri block copolymer was dissolved in anhydrous methylene chloride and 0.95 molar ratio of HDI was introduced into the solution. Then 1wt% of Sn(Oct)2 was added as catalyst. Drug-containing films were prepared by homogenously dispersing varying quantities of amoxicillin multi block copolymer in methylene chloride. The in vitro degradation was performed by immersing the samples under hydrolytic condition (PBS, ph=7.4, 37°C). |
