제목 Flexible Non-volatile Conjugate Block Copolymer Memory with Single-Wall Carbon Nanotubes for High Temperature Operation
초록 We fabricated flexible non-volatile conjugate block copolymer memory with single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) capable of operating at high temperature with reliable performance. Resistive bipolar current behavior with a narrow set and reset voltage distribution was observed upon the application of a driving voltage sweep of ±3 V in crossbar-type arrays of memory elements containing a simple solution-blended nanohybrid of pristine SWNTs individually embedded in poly(styrene-block-paraphenylene) (PS-b-PPP). Our devices are very suitable for high temperature operation up to approximately 100 degree without significant performance degradation. Such durability is possibly due to the strong, non-destructive, and isomorphic π-π interactions between the SWNTs and the PPP block. The polymer-based nanohybrid films allowed for the fabrication of mechanically flexible non-volatile memory devices that are tolerant after more than 1,000 bending cycles at a bending radius of 5.8 mm.
