제목 The formation of uniform chitosan nanoparticles
초록 It is difficult to make an uniform size solution of chitosan nanoparticles because they are natural polymers complex. Chitosan oligosaccaride is the material produced by deacetylization and hydrolysis of crustacean to get bio-degradable property.Preparation of chitosan oligosaccaride nanoparticles have 100~200nm size by dropping tripolyphosphate. The seaparation of uniform size solution of chitosan nanoparticles as a function of pH and speed level, and concentration of COS was carried out. The size of nanoparticles was comfirmed by dynamic light scattering(DLS), electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electro microscopy (TEM) and zeta potential. These particles were used for producing gold nanoshell which will be applied to anticancer theraphy by using antigen-antibody reaction.
