In recent years, there has been vast progress made in research on electronic devices based on organic materials. Such devices could be organic thin-film transistors, solar cells, or organic light-emitting diodes. They will be used in low-cost and high-volume applications. Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):Poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) with high transparency and superior mechanical flexibility is an excellent material as the transparent electrode. However, the pristine PEDOT:PSS films has a major problem of the low conductivity for commercial application. To resolve the low conductivity of PEDOT:PSS have been investigated by the various methods using additive. In the present work, we study about conductivity of PEDOT:PSS by different content of p-Toluenesulfonic acid(p-TSA) and durability of PEDOT:PSS by adding the polymer. The properties of the films were analyzed by means of UV-Vis spectroscopy (UV-Vis), 4-probe measurement and atomic force microscopy (AFM). |
