제목 High efficiency perovskite(CH3NH3PbI3) solar cells based on solution-processed at low temperature
초록 Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells have been tremendously interested in photovoltaic community. Organic-inorganic perovskite materials have shown to role as light absorber and favorable charge transport characteristics. In addition, it has high power conversion efficiency. In order to obtain high efficiency performance, many researchers used nano-structural layers and vapor-deposition methods. but, their processes required the high temperature and continuous process. It is unfavorable for extending development of perovskite solar cells in the future. In this study, we simply fabricate planar heterojunction solar cells employed CH3NH3PbI3 by solution-processed at low temperature. Herein, we will discuss perovskite(CH3NH3PbI3) solar cells and their detailed performances.
