제목 Synthesis of Energetic Copolyacrylates contaningAzido and Dinitro Groups by RAFT Process
초록 1,2,3-Triazole-embedded energetic polyacrylates were synthesized using Cu1-catalyzed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of azido-polyacrylate and dinitro alkynes. (Meth)acrylate with azido groups were polymerized via controlled radical polymerization, ATRP or RAFT. PolyAzPA was achieved at room temperature because the azido group is unstable under high temperature condition. 3-Azidopropyl acrylates(AzPA) was polymerized via ATRP or RAFT and 2,2-dinitropropyl acrylate was polymerized via RAFT with good control of polymer molecular weight. These Poly(3-azidopropyl acrylate) or Poly(3-azidopropyl acrylate-co-2,2-dinitropropyl acrylate) were coupled with dinitro acetylenes or functionalized acetylenes via a highly efficient "click" reaction to be utilized as a promising energetic binder for PBX.
