제목 Hydrophobically modified chitosan nanoparticles as carriers for anticancer agent
초록 To developed chitosan based Paclitaxel carrier, chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) were chemically modified with hydrophobic group of Balic acid (Deoxycholic acid and Lithocholic acid.). The physicochemical properties of the BA-conjugated COSs (COSBAs, COSLAs) were investigated by using 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering and spectrofluorophotometer. Owing to the amphiphilic characters, the BA-conjugated COSs (CBs) formed self-aggregated nanoparticles was in the range of 170~300 nm and the critical aggregation concentration (cacs) was 0.0018~0.0629 g/, depending on the degree of substitution (DS).
