To developed chitosan based Paclitaxel carrier, chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) were chemically modified with hydrophobic group of Balic acid (Deoxycholic acid and Lithocholic acid.). The physicochemical properties of the BA-conjugated COSs (COSBAs, COSLAs) were investigated by using 1H-NMR, dynamic light scattering and spectrofluorophotometer. Owing to the amphiphilic characters, the BA-conjugated COSs (CBs) formed self-aggregated nanoparticles was in the range of 170~300 nm and the critical aggregation concentration (cacs) was 0.0018~0.0629 g/, depending on the degree of substitution (DS). |
