Photopolymers have been developed for conventional imaging systems and holographic optical elements. However, there are fundamental limitations such as volume shrinkage even though they are considered as good recording materials for the storage system. To overcome these problems, an organic-inorganic hybrid photopolymer containing surface-photoreactive nanoparticles that exhibits a significant enhancement in optical properties is proposed. In this work, we introduced a photopolymer containing surface-photoreactive nanoparticles with high mobility. It showed high diffraction efficiency and optical quality of the photopolymer, and reduced volume shrinkage without affecting the energetic sensitivity. |
