Fabrication of Flexible Polyurethane Composites filled with Conducting Fillers for 3D Printing |

In this research, flexible polyurethane (PU) composites filled with polyaniline (PANI) nanomaterials and graphene sheets have been optimized for digital light processing (DLP) 3D printing. DLP printing offered excellent resolution and high quality of the resulting sculptures. By using ultrasonic dispersion technique, both the PANI nanomaterials and graphene sheets could be successfully dispersible with the PU resins. The 3D-printed sculptures have shown significantly improved electrical properties compared to the pure PU resins. |
