The direct methanol fuel cells (DMFCs) have been widely studied and considered as possible power sources for the portable electric apparatus and electric vehicles because of their high efficiency and low emission of pollutants. In addition Pt-Ru catalysts are considered to be the most effective anode catalysts for DMFC. In this work, Pt-Ru nanoparticles on poly(pyrrole) hollow capsule were prepared by various methods such as chemical reduction, ultrasonic irradiation, electron beam and microwave irradiation. |
