제목 | A Study on the Preparation of the Platinized Expended-Titanium Electrode |
초록 | Platinum is used widely as one of the most superior electrode material because of the high stability over wide extent of current density. But the economical strain is too big to use raw platinum as an electrode because of the expensive cost. For the purpose to develope the alternative inexpensive electrode instead of pure platinum, grinding, ething, and platinizing methods of the expended-titanium have been investigated in this study. The uniform finest etching structure was obtained in the iodine solution at high concentration of 9.9 g/L. The stable platinized layer over 5 ㎛ could be obtainable at current density of 0.22 A/dm2 in the solution below 40℃. The initial morphology of the platinized structure showed the type of sphere. It was transferred to the type of plane by the way of the progressive aggregation of platinum into the vacant room between spheres. |
