제목 | Electric and Magnetic Properties of the Carbon Fibers Supported Ni-Fe-Based Multiful Alloy Coated |
초록 | Magnetic properties of crystalline soft magnetic alloys have usually been correlated to structural evolution with heat treatment. Crystallization can be induced by annealing the sample at high temperature. The main reasons for heat treatment are 1) to increase deposit hardness or abrasion resistance 2) to enhance the magnetic properties of the deposits. In this work, the effects of the plating and heat-treating condition on the characteristics of electric and magnetic properties of the carbon fiber prepared from Ni-Fe-based multiful alloy coating were investigated. The morphology and crystal structure properties of magnetic carbon fibers surface were observed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD), respectively. Energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) attached with the SEM was used for elemental analysis. The electric and magnetic properties of magnetic carbon fiber were observed by magnetic hysteresis curve and 4-point probe method, respectively. |
