제목 Development of epoxy acrylate blend systems cured by electron beam for anisotropic conductive film
초록   We have studied curing behaviors of epoxy acrylate blend systems which are composed of bisphenol-A typed epoxy acrylate resin, trimethylolpropane triacrylate, nano-sized inorganic filler, photoinitiator and so on. The blend compositions are chosen by considering easier handling, extension of shelf life and low shrinkage ratio upon curing. The blends are cured by electron beam (EB) irradiation and, for comparison, UV irradiation. Curing behaviors are analyzed in terms of thermal behaviors using Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and spectroscopic chemical analysis using Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) and Raman spectrometer. In addition, we have also carried out surface modification on the nano filler using silane coupling agent by sonochemical reaction in order to enhance dispersion in the blends. The blend systems will be applied to development of adhesives for anisotropic conductive film.
