제목 Preparation and properties of epoxy acrylate/maleimide/organoclay nanocomposites
초록 Nanocomposites based on epoxy acrylate, maleimide and an organoclay (Closite 30B) could be prepared by UV curing in the absence of any conventional photoinitiator. Effect of maleimide and clay content on UV curing behavior of the system was investigated by photo DSC. Structure of the nanocomposites was examined by XRD and TEM. Thermomechanical properties and thermal stability of the nanocomposites were examined by tensile testing, dynamic mechanical analysis and thermogravimetric analysis, respectively. Limited oxygen index was also measured to evaluate the flame retardancy of the nanocomposites.
