제목 Spectroscopic analysis of curing of epoxy acrylate irradiated by Electron-beam
초록 Curing behaviors of epoxy acrylate (EA) irradiated by electron beam (EB) are studied by Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), Raman spectroscopy, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and degree of cure are also measured using solvent extraction method. IR and Raman spectra of the EB cured EA are systematically analyzed as irradiation dosage increases. The results are compared to its thermal behaviors measured by DSC. By comparison UV irradiated EA is also studied. The results show that EA drasticallyreacts under both EB and UV irradiation and reaction conversion rate are higher for EB irradiation than UV even though photo-initiator has been used in UV irradiation case.
