제목 | The alteration of copolymer hardened, curing characteristics depending on mixing content for IT epoxy adhesive |
초록 | LED has been used in various fields because of its advantages with high efficiency, long-lived and high-speed response compared with existing light surce. As attached light diffusing lens, not only the use of LED devices decrease, but also optical quality increase. In case of epoxy adhesive, have played important role in severe curing characteristics. EPOXY adhesive is consist of epoxy, hardner and catalyst, characteristics of the epoxy adhesive depeninng on the respective contents. The IT epoxy adhesive is low temperatures cured and the adhesive strength is important, In this research, we made IT epoxy adhesive depending on content of copolymer hardened. We did the characteristion of copolymer hardnered such as gel time, curing characteristic, adhesive strength. |
