Synthesis and Micellization of Poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-Poly(L-histidine) copolymers by Living Polymerization and Their Applications |
초록 |
A new class of well-defined synthetic polymers-block-polypeptide copolymer was successfully synthesized by the combination of ATRP of the methyl methacrylate and living polymerization of 1-benzyl-N-carboxy-L-histidine Anhydride. Amino-amidate nickelactcle end groups were incorporated onto amino-terminated poly(methyl methacrylate) and the resulting complexes were successfully used as macroinitiators for the growth of polypeptide segment. poly(methyl methacrylate)-block-Poly(L-histidine) copolymers were prepared and used for construction of polymeric micelles in aqueous solution and stabilization of metal nanoparticles. Average sizes of micelles measured by dynamic light scatter (DLS). TEM images also showed that micelles were spherical and nanoscale of unimodal distribution. On the other hand, It can be used to catalysis for ethylene polymerization. |
