제목 Preparation of PFA/FEP-g-PSSA Membranes with Various Degrees of Grafting and Thickness by γ-ray Irradiation Methods
초록 In this study, PFA and FEP membranes with thickness of 25, 50, and 100 m were used to prepare the polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted PFA/FEP membranes by γ-ray radiation grafting of styrene and subsequent sulfonation. Several irradiation conditions such as the total dose, dose rate, monomer concentration, and solvent were applied to prepare the grafted membranes with 30~80% degree of grafting. After sulfonation with chlorosulfonic acid, several cation exchange membranes were prepared with various degrees of grafting and thickness and characterized by ion exchange capacity (IEC), FTIR-ATR, the degree of sulfonation, the proton ion conductivity, and the water uptake.
