Solution processable organic field effect transistors using fluorinated polymer dielectric |
초록 |
Fluorine groups of the polymer dielectric have been recently nominated by many research groups because of its excellent electrical and chemical stability. These advantages of fluorinated polymer dielectric also can allow the top-gate OFETs to exhibit high field-effect mobility and operational stability. Nevertheless, the difficulty of film formation on hydrophobic surface restricts the application of fluorinated polymer dielectric in soluble-processable organic field effect transistors (OTFTs). Therefore, in this study, we fabricated solution-processable field effect transistors on top of the fluorinated polymer by controlled cross-linking method. Also, we report the electrical stability of this device by analysis of bias stress effect. |
