제목 Optimization of synthesis water-soluble graphene quantum dots from saccharides via microwave irradiation
초록 Graphene quantum dots (GQDs) have a great attention due to their unique properties including optoelectronic and chemical stability. There a remains a challenge to appropriate the water-soluble GQDs for device applications. Here, we report a facile strategy for preparation of water-soluble and bio-compatible GQDs through facile microwave-assisted of saccharides in water without any passivation agent and inorganic additive. The resulting lactose-based GQDs have better performance than any other saccharides that we have tried such as galactose, glucose, dextran, and starch. This water soluble lactose-based GQDs can further used in many applications such as light emitting diodes, photo detection, and photovoltaics. 2016년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음
