Synthesis of fluorescent and water-soluble monosaccharides based carbon quantum dots via microwave irradiation |
초록 |
Carbon quantum dots (CQDs) have a great attention due to their unique properties including optoelectronic and chemical stability. There a remains a challenge to appropriate the water soluble CQDs for device application. A strongly blue luminescent and water soluble CQDs with high mass yield were synthesize through a facile microwave-assisted of glucose and galactose in water without any passivation agent or inorganic additive. This prepared CQDs have a different particle size depend on the length of microwave irradiation and high quantum yield up to 49.41%. This water soluble lactose-based GQDs can further used in many applications such as light emitting diodes, photo detection, and photovoltaics. 2017년 한국교통대학교 지원을 받아 수행하였음. |
