Crystalline formation in poly(ethylene oxide) hydrogel film by gamma-ray radiation |
초록 |
Poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) has been studied abundantly due to the unique property of semicrystallinity and amphiphilic sequence. This study reveals the behavior of PEO chains within the bindings which is formed by gamma-ray radiation. PEO hydrogel films were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry to confirm the crystallinity, and the structure of hydrogel film were probed by X-ray diffraction and small angle X-ray scattering. The results demonstrate the fact that the gamma-ray radiation provides lamella stacks and they are responsible for the apparent property of hydrogel film. |
