제목 Synthesis of Perfluoro-polyether(PFPE) Lubricant
초록 Perfluoropolyether(PFPEs) have been known as a high-performance lubricants for corrosive environments. In this study, we report on the polymerization of hexafluoropropylene oxide(HFPO) using monofunctional catalyst and decarbonylation of PFPE with monofunctional acyl fluoride group. The molecular weight of PFPE was calculated by 19F nuclear magnetic resonance (19F-NMR). The conversion of acyl fluoride into decarbonylated PFPE (fluorine-end-capped PFPE) was estimated by 19F-NMR and fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The detailed experimental results for polymerization of HFPO and decarbonylation of PFPE will be described.
