제목 | Small Molecule Organic Solar Cells with high Efficiency without additional Processing |
초록 | Small molecule organic bulk heterojunction(BHJ) solar cells have been attractive because these have a range of possibilities are comparable to those of conjugated polymers. In particular, most small molecule organic solar cells (SMOSC) showed high efficiency with additional treatment of the active layer. However, these additional treatments limit the ability to fabricate large-area flexible SMOSCs. In this study, a new donor material. Solution-processed small molecule organic photovoltaics cells made up with new material showed extremely high PCE without the use of additives or thermal treatments. |
