제목 Synthesis of acrylated hyaluronic acid
초록 Hyaluronic acid (HA) is a linear polysaccharide with repeating disaccharide units of glucuronic acid and N-acetylglucosamine and is found in the extracellular matrix of connective tissues. HA is an attractive building block for new biocompatible and biodegradable polymers with applications in drug delivery, tissue engineering, cosmetic and visco-supplementation. In this work to cross-link HA introduce acrylic group. hydroxyl group in hyaluronic acid substitute acrylilc acid. Through acrylated HA use UV, γ-iradition it can cross-link to itself. Hydrogel materials have been used extensively in medicine for applications such as contact lenses, biosensors, linings for artificial implants, and drug delivery devices.
