제목 Synthesis of low oxygen contents SiC/TiC hybrid web for high thermal conducting composite
초록 silicon carbide (SiC) and titanium carbide (TiC) has unique properties as high temperature ceramic material such as its a high melting point, hardness, thermal and electrical conductivity and resistance to oxidation and corrosion, which make the material appealing for many application. therefore, we will use SiC/TiC hybrid filler in order to make the high thermal conducting composite. SiC/TiC hybrid filler was produced by electrospinning process. then, a converted web which is SiC/TiC web was pyrolysed at 1300 oC in inert atmosphere. finally, SiC/TiC thermal conducting composite was fabricated by mixed a hybrid web and resin. a filler/resin composite was investigated by SEM, TEM, TGA, and thermal conductivity. The results suggest that SiC/TiC composite could be high thermal conducting material to prepare hybrid thermal conducting filler.
