제목 Thermally conductive polyamide 6/carbon fillers composites based on hybrid filler system
초록 The use of polymers in electronic devices is increasing for weight loss, low cost, facile processability and high performance. Also, efficient heat release from the inside of electric and electronic devices is setting important for both their drastic miniaturization and high performance. But polymers have the inherently low thermal conductivity (~0.2 W/m∙K). Therefore, improving their thermal conductivity is one of the most important issues in these fields. In this work, the idea of using a hybrid filler of graphite nanoplatelet and single walled carbon nanotube was explored. Enhanced thermal conductivity of the composites was achieved using a hybrid filler system. All composites based on a hybrid filler system were prepared by a micro-compounder. Thermal conductivity of the composites was measured by standard laser flash method. And the various models have been compared with the thermal conductivity of the composites, to predict the variation of thermal conductivity of the composites.
