Development of nanoporous materials for hydrogen storage |
초록 |
Hydrogen is one of the ideal energy carriers instead of conventional fossil fuels, because of its cleanness and high energy density. It is crucial to find a suitable method for efficient hydrogen storage in order to utilize hydrogen in mobile applications. Many of people worked for developing hydrogen storage materials suitable to meet the goals of US DOE (6.5 wt.%). In particular, porous or nanostructural carbon based materials have been considerable interest in the use of adsorbents due to their potential for hydrogen storage via physisorption, which also have the advantages of its reversible storage reaction and safety.In this presentation, we will talk about the hydrogen storage behaviors of various carbon based materials. |
