제목 | A TEM study on the different annealing processing of Cu2ZnSnS4(CZTS) absorber thin films |
초록 | Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) thin films were prepared on Mo coated glass substrates by sulfurization of multi-target sputtering deposited stacked precursors. The stacked precursor thin films were prepared from Cu, SnS2, and ZnS targets at room temperature and stacked precursor`s orders were Cu/SnS2/ZnS/Mo/glass. The stacked precursor thin films were sulfurized using a tubular rapid thermal annealing (RTA) system in the mixed N2 (95 %) + H2S (5 %) atmosphere at 550 oC for 10 min and commercial furnace annealing system in the mixed N2 (95 %) + H2S (5 %) atmosphere at 550 oC for 60 min. The effects of different annealing process (RTA and furnace) on the microstructure, structural, morphological, chemical, and optical properties of CZTS thin films are investigated using X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Energy dispersive X-ray, UV-Vis spectrometer and Hall measurement, respectively.
