제목 Efficient Synthesis of Carbon Nanotube-Quinoline- Triosmium Cluster Conjugates in Binary Solvent Mixtures
초록 Carbon nanotubes with their unusual properties attracted a variety of potential biologically applications and the binding affinity of complexes of quinoline with triosmium clusters to DNA was also demonstrated. Here we report the connection of carbon nanotubes with quinoline-triosmium clusters using Os3(CO)9(η-η2- (3-carbon nanotube-NH-quinoline) (η-H)] in binary solvent mixtures. The novel complex synthesized by this method was characterized by infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and energy-dispersive X-ray microanalysis studies.
