제목 Wet-Chemically Derived Inorganic Functional Materials for Electronics and Energy Applications
초록 In the field of electronic applications and energy devices, wet-chemical based functional materials have been of paramount interest and importance. In this talk, I present the inorganic soluble functional materials for thin-film transistors (TFTs), transparent/stretchable electronics, photovoltaics, and batteries. For soluble inorganic conductors, I will explain the chemical/physical requisites (such as oxidation stability, long-term dispersion stability, good adhesion property, work function modulation, and chemical stability) in carbons/metal nanoparticles for various electronics. For soluble amorphous oxide semiconductors (AOSs), I introduce the pathways to resolve the critical problems, a high processing temperature and a low mobility of AOSs annealed at low temperatures. The dependency of TFT performances on the chemical structure of AOSs is compared and contrasted to clarify which factor should be considered to realize the low temperature annealed, high performance AOSs. CI(G)S semiconductor nanoparticles for solution-processable, high performance solar cells are presented by discussing how to overcome the critical drawbacks of conventional solution-processed CI(G)S absorber layers. Last, the recent decent result for Li, Na-ion batteries will be introduced with a novel strategy for synthesizing the anodic materials.
