SnS2 나노튜브에 대한 제일원리 연구 |
초록 |
Recently inorganic nanotubes from metal chalcogenide, MoS2 and WS2, have received a great deal of attention, because they were found to be semiconductors regardless of their chiralities. Very recently, Tenne's group has reported synthesis of fullerene-like nanoparticles of SnS2. We also have demonstrated a possibility of nanotube structure of SnS2 and their semiconducting electronic structures in the framework of density functional theory. In this report, we will show potential applications of NH3 gas sensor of SnS2 nanotubes. The NH3 adsorption on SnS2 layer and SnS2 nanotubes will be discussed with the electronic structure calculations. |
