Preliminary experimental study on an in-bed calorimeter measurement of a 1/4 scale down simple bed |
| 초록 |
In-bed calorimetric measurement of the tritium inventory is one of the major requirements for the metal hydride bed for the DT fuel storage and delivery system (SDS) in the ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor). Preliminary experiments of the in-bed calorimetric measurement were carried out by using a scale-down model of the SDS bed integrated with a helium gas circulation loop, vacuum pumping system and other associated systems. The SDS model is composed of inner primary and outer secondary vessels, and six thermal reflectors placed in a space between two vessels. |
