STABILIZATION OF PROTEIN VIA UV/VISIBLE CURING NATURAL POLYMERS In Vitro AND ITS APPLICABILITY AS MEDICAL BASE MATERIAL |

Many types of proteins are used therapeutically in medical field. But because of almost proteins have unstable property in various conditions, stabilization of proteins has been examined up to recently. One of the methods for protein stabilization is chemical immobilization. However, there are some of problems with this method such as high cost, low efficiency of immobilizing proteins and it is difficult to establish procedures of reaction. To solve these problems, immobilizing proteins by photo curable natural polymer derivatives has been examined widely. In this study, various photo curable natural polymers were prepared and characterized structure by FT-IR, 1H-NMR. And we considered those applicability to medical materials through micro patterning, cell cytotoxicity test and animal experiment. |
