Recently, it needs to develop rapid, accurate, and portable diagnostic technologies for the prevention of the acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). It has been estimated that 30−36 million people globally are living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/AIDS and cannot survive more than two years. In this work, we establish flexible large-scale GM(graphene micropattern) nanobiohybrids with close-packed carboxylated polypyrrole nanoparticle (CPPyNPs) arrays for HIV immunosensor. Notably, it had the lowest detection limit of 1 pM, which is 1−2 orders of magnitude more sensitive than previously reported HIV sensors. Moreover, the flexible GM substrates were integrated with microfluidic channels to improve analytical performance in a living system. |
