제목 Tunable and Selective Detection of pH-sensitive Micropatterning Using β-Cyclodextrin Cojugated Polymer
초록 This paper reports the development of pH responsive molecular pattern belong to specificity and selective affinity with host-guest interaction as pH fluorescent sensor. The pH responsive boronate ester via interaction between the diol group of β-Cyclodextrin (CD) and phenylboronic acid of poly ethylene glycol are strategically design to create and erase the molecular lining pattern. Pattern on versatile substrate have provided a handle to monitor the positioning of different molecules with pH-responsive boronate ester and host-guest interaction on any surface. The confocal laser scan microscope, fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR direct evidence that assembles CD monolayer have removed by washing acidic pH buffer, demonstrating the boronate ester connective bridge. This was supported by Korea National University of Transportation in 2015.
