Mixed matrix membranes with nanoparticles of 3D microporous organic molecular network and polysulfone |
초록 |
Nanoparticles of 3D microporous organic molecular network were synthesized from tetrakis(4-aminophenyl)methane and hexamethylene diisocyanate by organic sol-gel method. The nanoparticles dispersions were mixed with aromatic polysulfone in DMF solvent and then the mixture solutions coated onto the glass plate or other substrate surfaces. After solvent evaporation of mixture solutions, interconnected monolithic network structures of membranes were prepared by optimizing the phase separation behavior between the nanoparticles and polysulfone matrices. The adsorption selectivity of these membranes toward nitrogen and methane was studied.
