제목 A study on electro-active Properties of Electrospun PVDF(Poly Vinylidene Fluoride)& MWCNTs(Multi-walled Carbon Nanotubes) Nanocomposite
초록 Poly(vinylidene difluoride) (PVDF) has good physical properties like flexibility, lightweight, and long term stability under the high electric field. And also it has electro-active properties such as piezo-, pyro-, ferroelectric properties with TTTT(all trans) conformation in β-phase crystal. We prepared poly(vinylidene fluoride) - multiwalled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite with various weight fraction by using electrospinning process, and investigate the additive effect of MWCNT on polymorphic behavior and electroactive properties in comparision with electrospun pristine PVDF membrane. A further application such as mechanical stretching and electric poling can act as synergistic method with MWCNT loading to induce not only highly oriented β-form crystallites but also great ferro-, piezoelectric performances.
