Graphene, 2-D material, has many superior properties such as high flexibility, electric conductivity and mechanical strength, however, has nearly water-insoluble. PEDOT:PSS has been used the energy converted application such as OPVs, DSSC, Thermoelectric device, however, doesn’t have favorable efficiency due to low conductivity. To address these challenge, we studied on the directly synthesis and property analysis of PEDOT:PSS/graphene composites. PEDOT:PSS/graphene composites were prepared to synthesize by oxidative polymerization in aqueous medium. The morphology of PEDOT:PSS/graphene composite films were obtained by SEM, TEM and AFM. Electrical properties were analysed by 4-prove conductivity meter and UV-Vis-NIR spectroscopy. Then, thermoelectric properties were confirmed for their application. |
