제목 Preparation of porous clay sponges containing bio-active substances and evaluation of their stability during long-term storage
초록 The dry cosmetics, which are an absence of water, have been studied to eliminate preservative from cosmetic product. The freeze-drying method has been used to remove water and bio-active substances have been applied to cosmetic products to function on the skin. Nano materials have been used to sustain the stability of unstable bio-active substances. In particular, clays such as MMT and laponite, a nanosized synthetic silicate clay, keep bio-active substances between nanoplatelets. In this study, the solution containing various compositions of clay and bio-active substances were freeze-dried, forming sponge of the porous structure although the clay does not have the high molecular weight. In addition, the stability of bio-active substances such as a vitamin derivative and adenosine for whiting and anti-wrinkle, respectively, maintained to stability over 90% after one month.
