Transition metal doped Cobalt sulfide/Graphene nanocomposites for supercapacitor applications |
초록 |
Ni doped CoS/Graphene (Ni-CoS G) composites was prepared to systematically investigate the combined effect of the materials on supercapacitor performance. The morphology and crystalline nature of the composite materials are examined by Field Emission scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The as prepared composites were tested for its supercapacitance property by cyclic voltammetric experiment in 6M KOH electrolyte. Cyclic voltammetry experiment was performed at a potential range of 0 to -0.8 V at different scan rates and result shows an excellent capacitive behavior of the nanocomposites. A maximum specific capacitance of 2847.2F/g was obtained at a scan rate 5 mV/s. |
