| 초록 | A new series of N-substituted 2-n-butyl-3-fluoropyrroles (5) were prepared by a simple one-pot reaction. a,a-Difluoro-g-iodo-g-(trimethylsilyl)propyl n-butyl ketone (3), a precursor molecule for 2-n-butyl-3-fluoropyrroles (5), was prepared from the reaction of vinylsilane (2) with ketone (1) under Cu(0) catalyst. This precursor was reacted with various amines to yield N-substituted 2-n-butyl-3-fluoropyrroles (5) in high yields. |
