Electrochemical oxidation of cerium(III) to produced and regenerated the Cerium(IV) ions and which is used for destruction of organic waste. In the electrochemical process, cell is the main component for oxidation. Detail studied of the performance of electrochemical cell for the electrochemical oxidation of the cerium production and regeneration was carried out. Experiments were carried at constant voltage and constant current for finding the operating parameters. Various parameter like current efficiency, yield, energy consumption were determined to suitable the operating condition. |
